RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Agrawal Jewellers, every piece of jewellery is crafted and inspected with the highest standards of quality and purity. Due to the nature and value of precious jewellery, returns and refunds are subject to the following terms.

Jewellery once sold is generally not eligible for return or refund. However, in the rare event that a product is delivered with a manufacturing defect or does not match the confirmed order specifications, customers must notify Agrawal Jewellers within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs or videos for verification. Claims raised beyond this period may not be considered.

Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order jewellery is strictly non-returnable and non-refundable. This includes products made as per specific design requests, size alterations, engraving, or stone customizations.

If a return is approved after internal quality verification, the product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and along with all original packaging, certificates, invoices, and tags. Any product showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be accepted.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after the returned product passes quality inspection. Approved refunds will be issued through the original mode of payment within a reasonable timeframe. Making charges, taxes, and shipping costs may be non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.

Agrawal Jewellers follows a transparent exchange and buy-back policy, which may be offered in place of refunds. The value for exchange or buy-back will be calculated based on prevailing market rates, product condition, and applicable deductions as per company policy at the time of request.

Agrawal Jewellers is not responsible for damages occurring during return transit. Customers are advised to use insured and trackable shipping methods for returns.

This Return & Refund Policy may be updated from time to time at the sole discretion of Agrawal Jewellers. Any changes will be applicable to orders placed after the policy update.
