All gold jewellery sold by Agrawal Jewellers is BIS hallmarked, and diamonds are IGI or GIA certified, wherever applicable. Certification details will be provided at the time of purchase. Orders, custom designs, and advance bookings once confirmed may not be cancelled or modified unless explicitly agreed upon by Agrawal Jewellers. Advance payments made for customized or special orders are non-refundable. Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may vary due to design complexity, availability of materials, or unforeseen circumstances.

Agrawal Jewellers follows transparent buy-back and exchange policies, which are shared with customers at the time of purchase. The buy-back value will be determined based on prevailing market rates, product condition, and applicable deductions as per company policy.
