All orders are processed only after confirmation of payment. Since most of our jewellery is handcrafted, delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability, design complexity, and customization requirements. Estimated delivery timelines, if provided, are indicative and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.

We currently ship within India through trusted and insured logistics partners. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be communicated clearly at the time of order confirmation. In certain cases, shipping may be complimentary, subject to promotional offers or order value.

All jewellery is carefully packed using secure and tamper-proof packaging. High-value shipments are fully insured until delivery. Customers are requested to ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package and provide a valid acknowledgment.

Agrawal Jewellers is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, government regulations, or other circumstances beyond our control. Once an order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared wherever applicable.

Customers are advised to inspect the package at the time of delivery. In case of any visible damage, tampering, or discrepancy, the delivery should be refused and reported to Agrawal Jewellers immediately. Any claims reported after acceptance of delivery may not be entertained.

For custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order jewellery, shipping timelines may be longer, and such orders may not be eligible for cancellation once dispatched.
